Safety Guidelines

1. Please put on masks at all times during the engagement
2. Wear gloves if you needed, especially when pushing wheelchairs.
3. Sanitise your hands before and after the engagement
4. Please minimise physical contact and use electronic transfer of money when necessary 
5. Keep all conversations through virtual means (e.g. Calls and messages) unless necessary (e.g. delivering groceries to the door) and keep a safe distance
6. Please do not continue with the volunteer/beneficiary engagement if there are any changes in your contact, travel and health status. 
7. Take your own temperature before engaging with the volunteers/beneficiaries to ensure that you are well, and to protect others. 
8. Please feel free to halt volunteering or help from your kaki if you are not comfortable with the precautionary measures taken

1. Inform someone you trust during your initial engagement with the volunteer/beneficiary, especially when meeting in-person
2. Inform someone you trust or the #KampungKakisTeam if the virtual engagement (calls / messages) appears to be distressing and uncomfortable 
3. Do not reveal any sensitive information such as login credentials, NRIC, debit/ credit card and bank account numbers to your kaki
4. Avoid any monetary transactions or agreements with your kaki, and do not be pressured into paying for anything you do not feel comfortable to pay for
5. Inform the #KampungKakis Core Team if you sense any suspicious activities
